Study America Undergraduate Program
NAFSA
FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is used by US citizens and permanent residents to apply for financial aid from the US federal and state governments. Colleges and universities also use the information submitted on the FAFSA for computing need-based awards. International students are not eligible for the US government aid programs (Pell Grant, SEOG Grant, Stafford Loan, Perkins Loan, PLUS Loan, and Federal Work-Study). Students need to obtain a FAFSA pin number before filling out the FAFSA online.

CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE
The CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE is the financial aid application service of the College Board. Many of the member colleges, universities, graduate and professional schools, and scholarship programs use the information collected on PROFILE to help them award nonfederal student aid funds. For international students, some colleges use the PROFILE instead of the FAFSA because international students cannot fill out the FAFSA without a valid US social security number. Please check with the colleges you are applying to be sure that they use the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE.
